City of Springdale

The City of Springdale was incorporated in 1959 and is home of Tri-County Mall, one of the largest and most successful shopping malls in the area. The residential population is close to 11,000 and is complimented by almost 1200 businesses. In addition to the shopping convenience, and a new state of the art recreation center, one of the more enticing reasons to live and own a business in Springdale is that the city's tax rate is in the lowest 10% of the 38 taxing entities in Hamilton County. Springdale's earnings tax is still only 1%!
